- Grape variety: The majority of the plants are Glera, but over the years modest percentages of traditional and ancient indigenous varieties (Verdiso, Bianchetta and Perera) have been added.
- Pairing: Elaborate hors d'oeuvres, lean fish and shellfish, even medium-aged cheeses.

Tasting notes
Colour: Light, crystalline straw yellow, enlivened by fine perlage.
Nose: Varietal, of pear and acacia flowers, intriguing in its notes of white-fleshed fruit and subtle hints of green.
Taste: Dry and dry, with pronounced minerality, fruity notes in the aftertaste, persistent and pleasantly assertive.
